5. Review Deposited Materials

Before sending your prepare materials to the ADP, it is important to re-check if all of the materials are appropriately organized. (named and with information on the format, content, and size). Only then can we assure that the received materials are identical to submitted ones.
Descriptions that are content-wise and structurally richer are encouraged since they enable their better use in the following phases of material processing. If your materials have any specialties, please consult with us on how to prepare the materials for submission.
The submission package or the entire documentation that you should send includes:
- filled.in Study Description form,
- the appropriately prepared and documented data file,
- original questionnaire (if appropriate),
- accompanying materials that help understand the data, such as a codebook, frequency lists, instructions for interviewers, information on data gathering, copies of publications and other accompanying documentation that was part of data gathering or are important for their understanding,
- 2 copies of filled-in and signed Deposit Agreement.
