5. Email address. Write down your e-mail address. Your e-mail address will serve as your username. On this e-mail you will receive all further information about data access.

7. User category. Mark the status that best describes you as a user of materials and services of the ADP. This field is required.
8. Researcher code. Write down your researcher ID number. The field is obligatory for researchers registered with the ARRS.
9. Purpose of use. Please define for what purpose the materials of the ADP will be used. Select an appropriate category from the list and write down the missing information. These information are needed for better planning of working with users and for extending the catalogue of the ADP. This field is required.

In study description there is an information about access restriction for each study (look at Restriction field). If data is available for educational and research purposes only or an access is even limited to a research group, for accessing data a special permission from the authors is needed. In this case please, beside a short description of the purpose of use, write down your research topic, hypothesis and inform us if you need access to only some of the variables from the data file.
