This one day workshop will explore alternative strategies in estimating what preferences citizens would have and how they would make political choices if they were much better informed than they typically are. The workshop may be of interest to social scientists and economists interested in either the relationship between knowledge, preferences and choices, or in alternative research designs mixing experiments and survey-research to explore either individual or aggregate-level relationships.
